Summer Camps

There are lots of music camps for junior high ages and up, but too often elementary students are left out.

We are filling that gap by hosting two half-day, week-long summer music camps this summer for ages 7-11!

So You Want
to Write Music

Kids will learn how songs are written and create their own compositions!

We will listen to different pieces of music and use those ideas to write our own.

We will also be making our own instruments!

There will be a mini-showcase at the end of the week featuring the students' work.

1 year of music study required

Students will have a blast hearing the music from other cultures and learning about each counties’ musical instruments, landmarks, and animals.

Each day of camp, students will travel to a different country around the world — and they will collect stamps in their passports to prove it!

No musical experience required.
